Carla is amazing! I was across the hall from her business getting acupuncture when I saw her wellness center and hypnotherapy sign. Knowing absolutely nothing about hypnotherapy, I was very intrigued! I walked in not really knowing what to expect, but I was welcomed with open arms! I was dealing with a lot of insecurities, bad habits, self doubt, and anxiety. From the minute that I met Carla, I felt like she just fully understood me and she gave me a safe space to feel free to open up about everything that I was dealing with. I met Carla 6 months ago and immediately felt she would impact my life. Fast forward, she was offering an ICBCH course. My goal was to learn techniques we had practiced and gain a deeper knowledge not only for myself but for others.
I finally understand the quote “when the student is ready the teacher will appear." The class was inspirational, enlightening and gives students multiple avenues to pursue further.
Carla is a gem and I highly recommend setting up time with her in any capacity, 1:1 mentoring, Hypnotherapy or taking a class. Her aura is infectious!
