CARLA CHALAH –
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST
Carla Chalah (B.A./C.C.HT./C.I./HBCE/CILC) is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NGH Certified Hypnosis Instructor, HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, NLP & EFT Practitioner, IACT Certified Integrative Life Coach, and Master Reiki Practitioner.
Carla received her B.A. Social Dynamics degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. There, she triple-majored in Psychology, Sociology, and English. Carla also completed graduate-level psychology courses at Harvard University with honors. After graduating, she served as a psychology doctoral research assistant at the Museum of Science in Cambridge. She has also completed a Harvard Business Writing and Journalism course.
Carla was inspired by her grandfather’s use of hypnotherapy as an adjunct to his dentistry practice. She pursued her passion for the mind and learning by attending the world-renowned Hypnotherapy Training Institute (www.hypnotherapy.com) in Corte Madera, CA. There, she completed all 6 Levels of Certification to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.C.HT.).
Carla holds a special certification in rewiring the brain in stroke survivors. She is passionate about integrating hypnotherapy and cutting-edge neuroscientific research and technology.
Carla is verified and listed by Psychology Today magazine, DaoCloud, as well as Coachspace.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, she has appeared on BeLive TV. She has presented at national conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of self-hypnosis/relaxation, pain management, and stress management. Also, having published several articles on various topics related to hypnotherapy and the mind-body connection, she is considered an expert in the field.
Now settled in Sudbury, Massachusetts with her husband, two kiddos, aged 5 and 6, and their menagerie of pets, Carla has continued to pursue her passion for the mind-body connection by establishing a state of the art wellness center, EveryBody in Mind Wellness Center, in Sudbury, Massachusetts in 2019.

ALLISON BLAISDELL
Acupuncturist and Hypnosis Instructor
Allison Blaisdell, MSTOM, Lic.Ac., CH, CI is a 2003 graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, in San Diego, California. She is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Instructor through both the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ICBCH) and the National Guild of Hypnotists, (NGH) one of the oldest and largest professional organizations for Hypnosis in the world. A past president of the Acupuncture Society of Massachusetts, she has been active in legislative efforts to increase access to acupuncture for patients in the Commonwealth. She is credentialed at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, and nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

CRYSTAL GARTSIDE
Clinical Hypnotherapist
As a registered, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Crystal helps to facilitate deep and lasting transformation – physical, emotional, and spiritual. The compass she uses to direct this transformation is your own dreams, goals and highest vision for your life! She has helped clients to achieve their goals in the realms of anxiety, stress, burnout, grief and loss, confidence, productivity, body image and food, smoking cessation, career changes, and navigating personal growth and life transitions. Her approach focuses on getting you to – and through – the change you desire. So that you can feel a sense of rest and connection to your most authentic self. Crystal incorporates subconscious re-wiring techniques based on principles of neuroscience. This includes deep, guided visualization using suggestion, imagery, and metaphor to change neural pathways in your brain. Because hypnotherapy induces a state of focused, inner attention, you are also more connected to your authentic self. You will find that you are more likely to uncover answers, make decisions and find clarity. Crystal is a rest aficionado with a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, meditation, hypnosis, and naps. LILY MASCO
Clinical Hypnotist
Lily Masco is a certified clinical hypnotist who helps people make desired changes in their lives so they can thrive as their best selves.
Lily is a Franco-American Marist College graduate in Communication and Psychology. She is a certified member of the IACT (International Association of Counselors & Therapists) as an integrative hypnotist and life coach.
Amongst various certifications in Hypnosis and Neuroplasticity, Lily is certified by Melissa Tiers through the Center for Integrative Hypnosis in Integrative Hypnosis and Coaching the Unconscious Mind. She is also an internationally registered Sexual Freedom Hypnosis practitioner certified by Kaz Riley through HypMastery.
In order to maximize efficiency, Lily incorporates into her sessions: neuro-linguistic programming, neuroplasticity, various therapeutic modalities, as well as conversational and traditional, Eriksonian hypnosis.
Lily has helped clients with various life changes, objectives and goals. These include, but are not limited to addressing: generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, pain management, addictions, phobias, procrastination and relationships of all sorts.
Though Lily helps a wide range of clients, she specializes in weight-related struggles and creating a healthy mind-body connection in every way. She approaches weight-loss on a deeper level than just reaching a number on a scale.
She can clear underlying emotional causes, neutralize triggers, stop cravings, create aversions, increase motivation, and build healthier habits relating to movement, hydration, sleep & nutrition. She can also address associated consequences, such as issues with body image, self-identification, confidence, physical pain, sexual dysfunctions or difficulties with intimacy.
Given Lily’s dance background, she also assists dancers, gymnasts, yoga practitioners and performers in order to improve and increase performance, flexibility, confidence, motivation, creativity and inspiration. She can also assist with performance anxiety and stage fright in front of big audiences or even in small class settings.
